Khebraty Programme

The Khebraty part-time employment programme allows young Emiratis to acquire basic professional skills and discover job opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sectors in Abu Dhabi.

Participants in the programme learn about the basic activities and employment areas of the tourism industry as well as the sector’s vital contribution to development plans and economic diversification. They also have the opportunity to gain hospitality experience by working part-time in an Abu Dhabi hotel, after passing initial training to develop and refine personal and professional skills.

Applicants should be 18 years old or above, with a GPA of at least 3.0, and able to commit to working 20 hours per week around their academic schedule and in coordination with the hotel establishment. Participants receive a monthly salary under an annual contract with one of the most prestigious hotel establishments in Abu Dhabi.
